New Prairie Storage offers three convenient locations in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Whether you are looking for storage units or vehicle parking spaces, you can reach your things in minutes!
Can I move in today?
If we have the unit available, yes. Move-in online or call 605-335-8122. We'll confirm availability, process your rental agreement, and give you your access code.Most people are in their unit within 10 minutes of calling. We don't make you wait .Check availability now or call 605-335-8122.
What are the office hours?
Our office hours are 8-5 M-F at our office located at 900 W Delaware Ave. Sioux Falls SD 57104
How do I know what size I need?
Start with what you're storing and work backward. Studio apartment or small bedroom? 5×10 works. Full 1-bedroom apartment? 10×10. Two-bedroom house? 10×15 minimumWhen in doubt, go one size up. How do I get my items into the unit?
Our ground-level storage units are very convenient. Besides allowing you to have a simple time loading and unloading your belongings, our units and loading docks will take all the work out of the moving process.
Do you offer vehicle storage spaces?
We sure do! Our outdoor spaces are great for a variety of vehicles, including cars, boats, pickup trucks, and trailers.
Can I park my RV, too?
Yes, our vehicle parking spaces are a great option for any RV owners who think there are certain considerations to make before storing their things. No matter how large or tall your vehicle is, you will never have to worry about having enough space while parking.
Are your facilities secure?
Our properties have everything you need to make sure your belongings are safe while you’re away. All storage is done within a well-lit, gated perimeter with constant video surveillance. Tenants can get access to their storage units via keypad access during gate hours.
Can I pay online?
Of course! Once you select the best unit or vehicle parking spot for your needs, you will even have the option to set up automatic recurring billing.
How do I rent a unit?
Renting one of our storage units is extremely easy and you can do so by visiting your preferred location’s page. You will be able to complete all the paperwork online, which will save you precious time. Once your reservation is completed, you can begin moving your stuff at your convenience.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Month-to-month leasing means you're not locked into a long-term contract. Give us a 30 day notice. We process your move-out. That's it .No penalties. No breakage fees. You rent by the month. You leave when you're ready.Questions about our rental terms? Call 605-335-8122.
